Malted Milk Powder

I couldn't find any around me and didn't want to wait for shipping. I searched the interwebs and found this as a substitute.

It's easy and basic, I will make this whenever a recipe calls for it.

All it is, 1 cup milk powder, 3 tablespoons diastatic dry malt powder. Mix well.
