Talkin'Story
In Hawaii, we talk story to catch up. These are my thoughts and story behind foods I like and my life, my creations.
Cooking is enjoyment for me. I enjoy the process and how it brings people together.
My advice for you is to cook with your heart and to taste your food. It's not baking, you can adjust the flavors.
A chef once told me, I give you permission to be you and try new things. So I'll pass that along to you. I give you permission to try new things and experiment a long the way.
