The original recipe contains msg, but I left it out of this recipe. You can add half an ounce to this recipe.
E ai ka kou!!! (Let’s eat)
2.5 oz Hawaiian Salt, small granules can substitute kosher salt
0.5 oz Black Pepper, freshly ground, not too fine
2 oz Granulated Onion
1 oz Granulated Garlic
1 oz Brown Sugar, if you are storing this long term you can substitute white sugar
Mix well. Store in an airtight container. I use a mason jar.
